This portal allows users to submit applications and make payments for government services provided by the CNMI

2. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the system only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account (if applicable)

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the specified service
• Fees are determined by the applicable government agency

4. No Guarantee of Approval
Payment does not guarantee approval of any application or service request.

5. System Availability
We strive to maintain system availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of Liability
TurnKey Solutions and the CNMI Government are not liable for:

• Technical interruptions
• Delays outside of our control
• Indirect or consequential damages
