New businesses will be able to register online, and existing businesses can submit filings and amendments directly through the portal.

The portal will provide a searchable online database where users can view and purchase certified copies of official business documents.

Hafa Adai, Tirow, and Welcome to the official Office of the Registrar of Corporations portal.  The Office of the Registrar of Corporation is responsible for issuing, receiving, and holding custody of all certificates, papers, statements, or other records or documents pertaining to business entities in the Commonwealth, with the exception of sole proprietorships. All business entities are required to file annual reports to the Registrar of Corporations.
