Refund and Cancellation

1.⁠ ⁠General Policy
Payments made through the CNMI Registrar Portal are for government services and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


2.⁠ ⁠Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
•⁠ ⁠Duplicate payments
•⁠ ⁠Overpayments
•⁠ ⁠Transactions processed in error


3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Fees
Fees associated with completed services or approved applications are non-refundable.


4.⁠ ⁠Request Process
To request a refund:
•⁠ ⁠Submit a request to info@commerce.gov.mp
•⁠ ⁠Include transaction details and reason for request


5.⁠ ⁠Processing Time
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days.


6.⁠ ⁠Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.


7.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be submitted before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellations may not be possible.
